My Future Profession
From the moment I stumbled upon this inspirational quote by Albert Schweitzer, my life took on a new trajectory."Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful."It became the driving force behind my unwavering determination to pursue my dream of becoming a doctor. The path to medical school is undoubtedly challenging, filled with countless hours of study and dedication. I want to introduce myself, I am Karl Daniel Alibin, 15 years old. I live in tamorong, Santa Catalina, Ilocos Sur, who dreams and wants to pursue becoming a medical doctor.
As I embarked on this journey, I discovered another passion that ignited my spirit - basketball. The court became my sanctuary, a place where I could push my physical limits and find my happiness with teammates. The lessons I learned on the hardwood - teamwork, discipline, and resilience - seamlessly intertwined with my pursuit of a medical career. Both fields demanded relentless dedication and the pursuit of excellence. In the midst of my academic pursuits and basketball adventures, I found solace and relaxation in the world of online gaming. It provided a much-needed escape from the rigors of my daily life, offering a chance to unwind and connect with friends in virtual realms. Despite the occasional perception that gaming distracts from my goals, I believe it has enhanced my problem-solving skills and taught me the importance of balance.
Schweitzer's words have guided me through the challenging path of realizing my dream of becoming a doctor. My love for basketball has enriched my character, instilling values that are indispensable in the medical field. And my passion for online gaming has demonstrated the significance of finding moments of joy and respite in life's demanding journey. These diverse interests have shaped me into a well-rounded individual, poised to embrace the challenges and triumphs that lie ahead in my pursuit of a meaningful and fulfilling life as a doctor.
